Questions

Listen me out with a clean open mind and no sharp reactions without comprehending everything I have to say now.

I put forth the question: Why did women start wearing snug fitting clothes, tops with a suggestion of or an ample cleavage on display, tight jeans, short skirts? I believe it was to be noticed, or to show off one’s assets, if I dare say. There is nothing t ‘comfortable’ about tight jeans or a cleavage-revealing top. Do not make this your reasoning. It is not justified and lame. Even if you choose to disagree with me over this, the fact of the matter remains the same.

Now the subsequent question: Women want to be noticed by whom? Other women? Or men? Tell me if I’m wrong with this logic – women started dressing a certain way, wearing make-up, looking good, etc etc to catch the eye of a nice man passing by. True? They want only the ‘nice’ men to look. To appreciate their beauty and looks, to appreciate the several hours she spends on he treadmill keeping herself in shape, those clean waxed legs, plucked eyebrows and that shiny lip-gloss. And the rest of the male species is supposed to ignore this. They are supposed to over-ride their hormonal instincts developed over millions of years and ignore the possibility of a good looking mate; because, it is their fault that they are not ‘nice men’; that they are not rich, good looking or born in good household. Irony of life! Pretty much a discrimination of sorts, wouldn’t you agree? If a guy is looking at a girl, he is being cheap and perverted. Period.

I am not defending the perverts off the streets who letch at women. This is plain wrong – morally. But questionably, how does our women fraternity know who is letching at them? If a sharply dressed good looking man were to do the same, then its brownie points for their dress selection for the day – it is feeling good that good looking guys are noticing you. All the other men are perverts.

There have been many occasions where I have entertained myself by noticing such situations. Our railway stations make the best examples. As we await the next train to pull in there is always at least one pretty young lady standing on the platform, and at least two dozen eyes roaming all over her. But the young lady will scan that sea of perverts, cursing them, just to find that one pair of decent eyes to lock with them and share a few glances until the train inevitably comes and the world moves on. Until the next station, another day. So who is wrong now? All the dozens of perverts eying the girl or the girl - for discriminating against those hordes of men to seek out that one young good-looking well dressed lad?

I reiterate, I am not taking a side or stance. I have a lot more to ask and say, but I know if I do, my thinking will be misinterpreted. The fact is, I simply question this behaviour. Is it justified? Women, I ask you this question.

'in their genes'!!..so nobody is to b blamed here..perversion starts whr either of d sexes cross der line...
whn dey start mishandling der sexuality...nd eventually losing der esteem..its whn dey r exploited!...(i'm maintaining a general stance...
    avoiding any prejudice!)...nd btw..at times less clothes(non-provocative though!)...are comfortable 4 some activities!!
