A Free-willing Life
Isn’t it discerning of life to alter courses and dreams at the pleasure of its whims? Some might think of it as the untold script of a mystic creator unraveling before and around us, careless of the implications. Nonetheless, life moves on and with it us - we worldly beings.
Irrespective of how abusive and assaultive life may come across to be, a true human spirit lives through fighting. I believe this.
For me, I have always been the architect of my life. For I believe only that which I can sense, feel and understand. I know many will disagree, question and argue to this, but it is my way of life – my personal choice. I do not raise questions and point fingers at believers, theists and deists – it would be respectfully appreciated if this were to be reciprocated.
As an atheist, one develops a habit of strengthening his/her ideology with as much knowledge as there is to be offered - for atheists live in a minority subject to their acute beliefs and understandings.
As an atheist, I have never disregarded the commonplace belief of the unknown entity guiding the world around me. However, I do not believe in past lives and life after death. My understanding of 'Karma' is very different. My life began from my beloved mother and will end when my body fails my spirit. Traversing the course in between, all deeds relating to me will be implicit of my own free will and of my own accord.
"I have always lived in freedom; let me end my life free; when I am dead let this be said of me: He belonged to no school, to no church, to no institution, to no academy, least of all to any régime except the régime of liberty."
- Gustave Courbet
I believe that everyone has the strength and capability to influence the life of only themselves. And when things and circumstances around one change, adapting and moving on is, undoubtedly, is the best way of life.
