Life is Beautiful

The rains are setting in and the weather has turned beautifully. The green around hasn't been as refreshing for quite some time now. I wonder if it knows that it has dressed up to please us in ways unlike any other.

Just post a blitz downpour, the clouds have given in to the sun to have his way. Try a local train journey in weather such as this. Stand at the doorway as the wind sends a rush down into your soul. Look up at the sky and witness a canvas of colours stretched over the horizons. So distantly deep, and still it seems like you can reach for it - wanting you to connect to its beauty and grace, its majesty and invincibility.

And then as if those heavens were conspiring, the right song finds your playlist algorithm. Very few songs have an intensity like that of Comfortably Numb.

If only this moment could last forever.
