The End of a Sabatical

I repeatedly question myself as to why have I stopped writing on my blog. It isn’t like socio-political issues have died down. Neither has the Champion quit cycling. In fact the IPL gave me a lot of food for thought. Well I guess it is just that I didn’t have that ‘urge’ to put my thoughts into words.

Maybe the tribulations that my twenty two year old mind was subject to in the past month also became a reason that my fingers couldn’t find the keyboard as often as they used to.

Or, maybe, I just needed a break from writing the blog. I honestly believe that sometimes maintaining the blog is more trouble than it is worth.

Well, no excuses really for not blogging but frankly I got a bit bored. After all, I'm not an 'independent' commentator, I'm just an average individual seeking a vent for his thoughts and at times I feel that my blog gives me a sense of notoriety and power.

I don't know if I will start blogging full-time on this blog anytime soon, I might or might not, depends on what I feel like doing. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of blogging and the internet.

So there might just be the occasional post here once in a while, but most other things will move to a variety of platforms. For those of you who know me (or who I am), have faith - for when I do write, I will be putting all my worth in it. The last month changed a lot in me - intellectually and emotionally. I, myself, am eager to see how those recent happenings influence my writings.
